Your Account Summary
1. Balance from Your Last Statement
You can see how much of your existing balance was from your last statement here.
2. Total Credits
If you made a payment to your account, or returned a purchase, during the statement period it will be reflected here. The total credits are subtracted from your last statement balance.
If your total credits equal the balance from your last statement it means you paid off your last statement balance – good job!
3. Total Charges
Includes total balance of charges made on your account during this statement period. Charges can include purchases made with your credit card, ATM cash withdrawals, fee and interest charges.
See Page 2 of your statement for more details on these transactions.
4. Your New Balance
The calculation of your new balance is simple: Balance from Last Statement – Total Credits + Total Charges = New Balance
Your Balance Due and New Balance might reflect different amounts. Don’t panic! Typically, if you’ve made a financing purchase on your account, your new balance and Balance Due will not reflect the same amount. This is because the Equal Payment Plan is financed over a period of time and not entirely due right away.
See the "Account Summary" for further information on how your new balance, balance due and minimum payment due are calculated.
5. Credit Limit & Available Credit
This is the maximum amount you can spend on your credit card and the amount of credit available to you.
Your Payment Information
6. Balance Due
To avoid interest on new purchases shown on this statement, this is the amount you need to pay by your payment due date.
Never miss a payment with payment due date reminders by signing up for NotifyMe.
7. Minimum Payment Due
If you can't pay the full balance, this is the minimum amount you need to pay to avoid going into default. Interest will be charged on the remaining outstanding balance.
8. Payment Due Date
Your payment needs to be received by this date to keep your account in good standing. Always remember to pay either the Balance Due or Minimum Payment Due.
Please allow enough time for your payment to reach us by the due date.
