Website accessibility refers to the inclusive practice of designing websites so that people with disabilities and those with different or diverse abilities can understand content, navigate and interact online and have equal access to information and functionality. Canadian Tire Bank is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience. We are continually working to improve our digital assets and aim for all our digital properties to be Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, AA.
Canadian Tire Bank Mastercard statements are available in both Braille and Large Print formats. Both formats are free of charge for any Canadian Tire Bank Mastercard account and include the same information as a standard statement would, with the exception of legal and other disclosures. To ensure that our legal disclosure requirements are met, Canadian Tire Bank customers that request Braille or Large Print statements, will also receive a standard print statement in the mail.
Operator Assisted Calls
Canadian Tire Bank supports operator assisted calls with telephone relay services such as Bell Relay. Professionally trained operators act as intermediaries to facilitate the call.
All telephone calls placed through the Bell Relay service are entirely confidential.
